We'll spend our Eid vacation in the White Desert, one of Egypt's most unique and distinctive places. We'll enjoy the beauty of the sky, far from pollution, and enjoy the desert under the stars in a special camp.
The Bahariya Oasis, about four hours from Cairo, is famous for its palm trees and natural sulfur springs. Its center is the city of Bawiti.
We'll enjoy the sky during the trip with an astronomical program presented by the Egyptian Astronomical Society team.

✪ Our Trip to the White Desert
---------------------------
• Departure on Tuesday, April 1, at 6 AM. The first meeting point is in front of the Taqa gas station next to the Railway Club in Nasr City. The second meeting point is in Dokki, where we depart.

• Day One: Full-Day Safari & Camping
- Arrive at the Bahariya Oasis and head to a rest stop to change clothes and use the bathroom.
- A light lunch to help with movement.
- A safari vehicle ride begins and the journey to the Black Desert - Crystal Mountain - sand dunes and Akabat - sandboarding - the old White Desert - the new White Desert - and sunset viewing.
- Setting up the camp: a unique experience where you will experience nature and its beauty, with a portable bathroom provided.
- Dinner and a chat around the fire to warm up and sing.
- A special astronomical evening to observe constellations and their fascinating stories, as well as determine directions by the stars and the movement of the sky and watch the planets with a telescope.
- Campfire.

• Day 2: White Desert and Hot Spring
- Sunrise and breakfast.
- Visit Mushroom Rock and many other rock formations in the White Desert carved by nature.
- Visit a natural spring and return to the Bahariya Oasis.
- Departure for Cairo, arriving around 9/10 PM.

Note: If you do not have an overnight permit in the White Desert, you will camp in the Black Desert.
