Catherine Valleys is a trail designed for scenery lovers through valleys, water springs, and Bedouin gardens

This trail is suitable for entry-level hikers as no mountain peak or hard path but a good fitness level is needed

Itinerary

# Tuesday
- Gathering 10:30 pm in Nasr City "Location will be sent to participants"
- Move on 11 pm

#Wednesday (B-L-D)
- Arrival at St. Catherine
- Breakfast and get your stuff prepared and ready to start
- Hiking around 5 hours" through Ain Shikaya Spring, El Zawatein
- Lunch
- Continue the hike in Rehebt Nada and Bwalei Valley
- Camping in the Secret Garden and Dinner

#Thursday (B-L-D)
- Early morning warm-up after breakfast
- Start the hike to reach El Zwatein, Tal'a Valley, and Sad Dawood
- Lunch
- Move to reach Itlah Valley where setting up our camp
- Dinner

#Friday (B-L)
- Breakfast
- Hike back to Catherine town through Naqb Abu El Hawa and Abu Seila village
- Lunch
- Time to say goodbye Catherine

#Notes
- The hike will be led by Escape organizers and professional Bedouin guides
- Electricity and mobile network will not be available during the hike and the camping sites
- Bedouin toilets are available on the camping sites
- Bring two bags, a light backpack for daily use during the hike and another bag for your other stuff to be loaded on the camels and will be available only in the camps and it should not be wheeled hard luggage, please pack light as you can
- An online meeting will be conducted before the trip
- Don't forget to bring your sleeping bag
